What do you shy away from?

Do you shy away from trying new things, socialising, public speaking, doing health checkups or exercising?

And how to overcome the inertia of doing these things that you tend to shy away from ?

For me, I usually practise 3 simple steps :

1️⃣ Figure out your why - identify your purpose and understand why you have to do something about it.

2️⃣ Take the first step - to avoid procrastination, do not plan it too far away and don’t think too much - just eat the frog. Start with the hardest thing and get it out of the way. As the Nike slogan goes, “just do it”.

3️⃣ Making it fun - find a friend/ community to do it together, try it in an interesting setting or gamify it.
